    Description

1909 souvenir from “Sangerfest” NYC, copper.. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class. This is a stamped out copper relief of two famous composers. They started a annual singing contest, almost like a talent search for anybody to sing at. The two gentlemen on the relief are Carl Friedrich Zelter, (1758-1832) and Hans Georg Nageli, (1773-1836). I honestly don’t know which one is which but it is a very well-kept relief with great patina. The small harp at the lower part of the relief is the trade mark of the Sangerfest.
