    Impressed naming to :
    Mid. W. H. S. Yeomans. R.N.R.
    William Henry Stuart Yeomans was commissioned as Midshipman into the Royal Naval Reserve on 24 April 1917 and served during the Great War in the Armed Merchant Cruiser H.M.S. Partia when she was sunk on 13 June 1918 by UC-49, after being torpedoed in the Bristol Channel, with the loss of 16 lives.
    Ancestry shows he was born on the 18th July 1900 at Plymouth and died in April 1972 Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, England, Baptized at Sully, Glamorgan, father was a Master mariner on his birth certificate.
    NEF Condition, with some copies of Navy Lists and info on HMS Patia.
