    Description

Includes a beautiful, colorful foldout brochure & guide to Public Art Fund Projects in Central Park, as part of the Whitney Biennial of 2004, back when the Whitney was still an uptown museum. In 2015, the Whitney, which is one of the premier museums in the world for contemporary art, moved downtown, to a beautiful new building right off the West Side Highway designed by Renzo Piano, in the Meatpacking District, at the southern terminus of the High Line Elevated Park. The Museum Guide for that opening year includes a review of all eight floors of the new space, as well as a Program Guide for September 9-14.
