WWI British India grouping - 2nd Norfolk Regiment
Group of Private Leonard Oxford Caton, 2nd Norfolk Regiment. He served in India, Egypt, Mesopotamia, and Belgium from what I can read in his small "diary" which I would call more of a pocketbook that he barely ever wrote in, mentioning when he travels elsewhere and on what ship etc, mentions all the places he traveled. The grouping includes
Two original drawings of civilians from India, Mesopotamia, or Egypt.
"Logbook" & dog tag
"Small Blue Book" which had an RPPC of Leonard inside.
A Postcard sent home by him
His 2nd Norfolk regiment cap badge
His ribbon bar
Very rare grouping.
